Dotfile is seeking a highly technical Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing success. You will bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering, designing tailored solutions and delivering compelling demonstrations.

You will guide customers through integration and adoption, reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting. You will understand prospect requirements, craft integration architectures, and respond to technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Consulting or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong technical skills with APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols and modern integration patterns.
• Experience designing technical architectures and communicating complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with adaptable communication.
• Consultative approach translating business challenges into technical requirements.
• Experience managing technical onboarding projects and end-to-end issue resolution.
• Capable of handling multiple customers and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with creative solution design.
• Experience with RegTech or financial services tech is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process and design solutions addressing customer needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand compliance workflows and integration requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showing Dotfile value.
• Design and present tailored technical architectures for each prospect.
• Create technical proposals, solution documentation, and integration plans.
• Respond to technical questions in RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during and after onboarding.
• Manage technical onboarding, including integration, configuration, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term success.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Monitor usage to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer requirements.
• Stay current on compliance regulations and market trends to position Dotfile.
• Contribute to technical collateral, best practices, and training materials.
