SINEXCEL is seeking a field service engineer to live in or near Paris. You will lead installation, commissioning, and startup of our equipment at customer sites to ensure smooth operation per specifications. You will provide on-site technical support, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve issues with product manuals.

You will manage customer relationships, capture feedback, and coordinate with HQ for continuous improvements. The role requires travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, CS, or related field.
• 2–4 years in pre-sales/after-sales technical support in energy storage, E-mobility, inverters or related electrical product business.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.

Description du poste

1.Equipment Installation and Commissioning

• Responsible for the guidance of installation, commissioning, and startup of company products at customer sites to ensure the equipment operates smoothly as per customer requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support according to the product manuals and customer needs, resolving any technical issues during installation and commissioning.

2.After-Sales Technical Support and Maintenance

• Provide technical guidance for routine maintenance and repair services for equipment to ensure stable operation and minimize customer downtime.
• Offer technical consulting to customers, resolve operational issues, and ensure the equipment and systems remain in optimal condition.

3.Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain good communication and interaction with customers, respond to customer needs promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback, propose improvement suggestions, and collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve product and service quality.

4.Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

• Respond quickly to customer equipment failures, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Cooperate with the headquarters technical team to analyze and resolve product issues, ensuring continuous product quality and support improvement.

5.Reporting and Data Analysis

• Regularly compile after-sales service reports, track equipment performance and customer feedback, and provide necessary data support.
• Analyze failure types, frequencies, and other data, offer preventive maintenance suggestions, and optimize equipment maintenance strategies.

Certification Requirements:

1.Relevant Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

2.Working experience

• 2-4 years working experience about pre-sales/after-sales technical support in energy storage, E-mobility, inverters or other electrical product business.

3.Other Requirements

• Driver's license: A valid international or European driver’s license (depending on country requirements).
• Ability to travel and flexibility in work schedule.
