FT3 Trane France SAS is seeking a Rooftop Sales Support Engineer to provide pre-sales technical and commercial support, optimize offers, and develop national accounts for rooftop solutions. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project conversions.

The role requires engineering visibility in energy, thermodynamics or refrigeration, and strong communication in English; on-site work is expected in Dardilly, France with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in engineering, energy, thermodynamics or refrigeration.
• Ability to quantify and select HVAC thermal equipment.
• Familiar with rooftop installations: scaffolding, duct networks, controls.
• Strong communication, service mindset, listening and proposal skills.
• Good command of technical English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate complete technical and commercial offers.
• Provide technical specs, performance, price and delivery timelines.
• Issue quotes and follow up with national clients with sales teams.
• Deliver reliable technical support to the commercial teams.
• Occasionally supervise on-site visits to validate technical feasibility.
• Support the Airfinity range promotions at trade shows and internal materials.
