Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Your Role: Technical Operations Developer

We’re looking for a technically driven, detail-oriented Technical Operations Developer to strengthen our backend processes and improve how we manage, deliver, and track lead data.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Tech Ops Project Manager and collaborate directly with developers and the operations team. You’ll have hands-on responsibility for building and maintaining automations, APIs, and internal tools—helping ensure the stability, scalability, and accuracy of our lead delivery infrastructure.

Your Role: Technical Operations Developer

We’re looking for a technically driven, detail-oriented Technical Operations Developer to strengthen our backend processes and improve how we manage, deliver, and track lead data.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Tech Ops Project Manager and collaborate directly with developers and the operations team. You’ll have hands-on responsibility for building and maintaining automations, APIs, and internal tools—helping ensure the stability, scalability, and accuracy of our lead delivery infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Automate lead delivery workflows using tools such as Python, YAML, Zapier, and other scripting/integration frameworks

- Build and maintain backend scripts that ensure seamless integration between Dolead’s systems and client CRMs or APIs

- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve lead transmission issues, including reprocessing failed records and ensuring data consistency

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to improve internal tooling and contribute to the technical backlog

- Query and analyze performance data across platforms (e.g. Looker, internal dashboards) to uncover technical issues and optimize delivery pipelines

- Document processes and technical solutions to improve team efficiency and onboarding

About You:

- Currently enrolled in a university or engineering school (based in France), ideally studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems

- Strong foundation in Python and/or scripting languages. Experience with Zapier, YAML, APIs, or webhooks is a big plus

- Analytical, curious, and not afraid to dive into logs or debug automations

- Great communicator—able to translate technical details into operational insights for non-technical stakeholders

- Enjoy solving operational challenges through smart automation and tooling

-Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required
