Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to steer key initiatives within the Growth team. You will lead the playable ads squad, stay hands-on in production, and drive innovation across formats for multiple franchises.

You will mentor peers, shape workflows, and collaborate with marketing and creative strategists to optimize performance and impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in playable ads or game development.
• Hands-on production experience while coordinating others.
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing performance metrics.
• Proven ability to mentor peers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with teamwork and high pace.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to sit in the Central Growth Team. In this role, you'll lead key initiatives developed by our playable ads team, while staying hands‑on with production and driving innovation in our playable ad formats across games.

Key tasks

• Lead and coach a small team of playable ads developers/strategists embedded within franchise‑dedicated squads, ensuring high autonomy and strong performance

• Stay hands‑on with playable ad production, contributing directly to the creation and iteration of high-quality playable creatives

• Oversee operational topics for the playable team, including workflows, tooling, and best practices

• Drive innovation in playable ad formats, constantly exploring new mechanics, interactions, and creative concepts to stay ahead of market trends

• Collaborate closely with the Growth Manager and creative strategists to align on priorities and franchise‑level objectives

• Benchmark competitor playable ads and analyze performance data to improve production quality and effectiveness

• Act as a technical and/or strategic reference for the team, providing guidance on both development and marketing performance topics

• Support the rollout of playable ads across multiple game franchises, adapting formats to each title's creative strategy

• Contribute to defining and evolving the playable ads chapter's vision, standards, and processes

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in playable ad or game development

• Hands‑on, maker mindset - you're comfortable getting into production yourself while also stepping back to coordinate

• Solid understanding of mobile marketing performance metrics and creative testing

• Proven ability to mentor and coach peers

• You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high‑paced environment

• You can demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• You are fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
