Valtech in Paris is seeking a Generative AI Creative to push the boundaries of experience innovation. You will craft finished image and video assets for client work, while building reusable methods and scalable studio workflows.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio in GenAI production, and fluency in French and English. You will collaborate with art directors, editors and AI engineers in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in creative production, design, motion, VFX, photography, creative technology or a related discipline.
• A strong portfolio combining excellent visual craft with hands‑on GenAI work and a solid understanding of composition, lighting, colour, camera language, movement and continuity.
• Practical experience with current image, video and multimodal models, including reference-based generation, masking, conditioning, inpainting and consistency workflows.
• The ability to build, adapt and debug node-based workflows using ComfyUI, Figma Weave or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with established creative production tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Figma or comparable software. We do not expect expertise in every tool.
• A structured approach to file management, workflow versioning, documentation and quality control.
• The confidence to challenge an approach constructively, using creative evidence, tests or alternative proposals.
• Professional fluency in French and English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines and creative intentions into practical GenAI production approaches.
• Take work through the full creative production cycle: interpretation of the brief, concept development, generation, iteration, selection, editing, finishing and delivery.
• Build modular and reusable creative workflows using node-based and AI-native production tools such as ComfyUI, Figma Weave, Higgsfield and comparable platforms.
• Contribute to higher-touch work such as campaign concepts, storyboards, visual treatments, shot design, AI-assisted films and social video.
• Work with art directors, editors, motion designers, sound specialists and other production partners when the creative ambition requires a broader team.
• Develop image-to-image, image-to-video, video-to-video and multi-shot workflows using current generative models.
• Benchmark emerging models and tools against real creative requirements, evaluating visual quality, controllability, speed, cost and workflow fit.
• Work closely with AI Engineers to turn successful creative prototypes into scalable capabilities, while maintaining the original creative intent.

The role

As a Generative AI Creative, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 2 to 3 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

We are looking for a person who delivers finished commercial image and video work, contributes to ambitious bespoke creative productions and turns recurring production methods into scalable studio workflows.

You will create finished image and video assets for client delivery while developing the reusable methods, templates and creative systems that make the work faster, more consistent and more scalable.

We are looking for someone who enjoys making things, experimenting with emerging capabilities and turning creative intuition into brand-ready assets.

Nice to have qualifications

• A background in motion design, editing, VFX, compositing, retouching, photography, 3D or technical art.
• Experience with luxury work/campaigns, premium ecommerce photography.
• Experience creating consistent characters, products or environments across a series of images or shots.
• Familiarity with LoRA training, fine‑tuning or custom model workflows.
• Basic comfort with APIs, JSON, scripting or workflow automation. These are useful but not core engineering requirements.
• Previous experience working in a consultancy, agency, innovation studio or multidisciplinary product team.
