Arm is seeking a Technical Director in the infrastructure solutions software team within the CE-SW group. You will lead a globally distributed engineering effort delivering complex software for cloud and data center products, with ownership of architecture, validation and production readiness.

The role requires deep systems expertise, strong leadership and the ability to drive decisions at scale across hardware, software and product groups. Hybrid working and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex system software and leadership of large, distributed teams.
• Strong background in SoC, firmware, platform software and system validation across pre-silicon and silicon.
• Deep expertise in low-level systems, bootloaders, drivers and OS fundamentals (Linux).
• Excellent judgement, leadership and communication to influence senior collaborators.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical direction across SoC, firmware and system validation from pre-silicon to production readiness.
• Partner with hardware, software, architecture and product leaders to align strategy and drive decisions.
• Lead design and engineering practices for software efficiency, quality and predictability.
