Arm is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead a team within the CE-SW group, focusing on infrastructure solutions software. You will drive validation, productisation, and quality across pre-silicon and silicon environments while collaborating with global teams.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with personnel development and a strong emphasis on scalable test infrastructure and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex system software and validation across pre-silicon and silicon environments.
• Proven leadership of software engineers with hands-on technical direction.
• Strong knowledge of software quality, validation methodologies, CI and product readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers at your site, providing technical direction and career development while remaining hands-on.
• Drive system validation and productisation for Infrastructure System Solutions, establishing validation plans and readiness criteria.
• Advance scalable test infrastructure, CI, regression capabilities and quality metrics across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate across Arm locations and teams to manage dependencies and resolve complex system-level issues.
