Snibe in Paris is seeking a Regional Technical Support Specialist to ensure Maglumi systems operate reliably across the region. You will collaborate with sales and distributors, support installation and maintenance, and provide on-site or online service.

The role requires a biomedical or life science degree, at least 2 years in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting, willingness to travel, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical, biomedical engineering, life science, biology or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience troubleshooting diagnostic instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the country or neighboring countries.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.

Responsabilités

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors to improve end-user satisfaction.
• Support registration work, including installation, maintenance and clinical/technical trial.
• Provide regional technical support (on-line or on-site) to ensure Maglumi systems work properly.
• Collect installation information and establish relationships with reference customers.
• Deliver service training to local engineers and collaborate with distributor engineers to improve skills.
• Back up other Technical Support specialists during heavy workload.

Description du poste

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors; improve the satisfaction of end-users;
• Support registration work, including installation, maintenance and perform clinical and technical trial;
• Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributors and end-users;
• Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;
• Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributors, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills.
• Back‑up other Technical support specialists during heavy workload and when required;

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio‑medical engineering, Life science, biology or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ experience worked in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting;
• Be able to travel frequently in the interior of the country or neighboring countries;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
