Job summary

Hublo is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing health-tech team. You will own sourcing, screening, and offer stages, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

You will leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, analytics, and process improvements, while upholding Hublo's values of impact, humility, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in SaaS/scale-up/tech environments.
• Advanced sourcing with Boolean, automation, and AI tools.
• Experience with ATS (TeamTailor preferred), CRM, and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for 25–30 hires per year with data-driven delivery.
• Identify and engage top candidates through multi-channel sourcing & referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and provide regular pipeline analytics.
• Ensure 100% compliance across all recruitment stages and improve processes.

Your role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in building the teams that drive Hublo’s growth and impact.

As part of the People team, you will recruit the talents who elevate our collective performance, strengthen our culture, and ensure every hire contributes to Hublo’s mission.

Balancing precision, curiosity, and speed, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.

Your mission

• Recruitment delivery & ownership
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles (approx. 25–30 hires per year).
  • Deliver consistent, structured, and data-driven execution from brief to offer.
  • Ensure full alignment between hiring priorities, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Sourcing excellence
  • Identify and engage top candidates through multichannel sourcing (LinkedIn, automation, referrals).
  • Continuously optimize targeting, personalization, and candidate conversion.
  • Build and maintain qualified talent pools aligned with business needs.
• Stakeholder partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
  • Challenge briefs with data and insights to ensure clarity, focus, and success.
  • Provide regular reporting on progress, pipeline health, and recruitment analytics.
• Process, structure & compliance
  • Ensure 100% compliance across all recruitment stages: job postings, interview kits, structured feedbacks, scorecards.
  • Enforce and improve Hublo’s recruitment processes with rigor, transparency, and fairness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in tooling, automation, and data quality.
• Candidate experience & employer brand
  • Represent Hublo with care, authenticity, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure a candidate experience aligned with Hublo’s values: impact, humility, and excellence.
  • Contribute to employer brand visibility through advocacy and high-quality interactions.
