Job summary

Pigment, the AI platform redefining business planning, invites final-year students to join as interns or apprentices in our Tech Talent Acquisition team. You’ll learn sourcing, candidate engagement, and interviewing skills while supporting engineering and product hiring.

You’ll work with a small team, gain hands-on experience, own projects like employer branding or campus outreach, and develop practical recruiting know-how in an international environment.

Qualifications

• You are a final-year student seeking an internship or apprenticeship.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are interested in recruitment, meeting people, and helping them explore opportunities.
• You are curious about tech and AI and enjoy teamwork and learning.
• You welcome experience in recruitment or student organisations but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage tech candidates through sourcing channels.
• Write personalised outreach that sparks conversations about opportunities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and track progress.
• Shadow recruiters and participate in interview discussions with coaching.
• Help with employer branding and campus recruitment projects.
