Natixis NY Branch is seeking a Technical Project Manager Intern for a 6-month Paris-based internship in the Major Projects Management team within Asset Management. You will participate in technical investment theses, design and oversee development operations, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver completed assets.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 degree in building/urban planning; architecture is a plus.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and the world of construction.
• Team spirit and synthesis.
• Proactive and able to manage projects.
• Operational and organizational skills; team player.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the design and management of development operations, from design to contracts and project implementation.
• Coordinate promoters, stakeholders, project managers, pilots, control offices, SPS, and companies during projects.
• Manage work operations to preserve guarantees and interests of the buyer until asset delivery.
• Assist asset managers in multi-year work plans and monitoring of works.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure energy transition objectives on assets under management.
