Natixis NY Branch is seeking a Technical Project Manager Intern for a 6-month Paris-based internship in the Major Projects Management team within Asset Management. You will participate in technical investment theses, design and oversee development operations, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver completed assets.

• Assist asset managers in multi-year work plans and monitoring of works.

Job Description

You are joining our "Major Projects Management" team within Asset Management, which is looking for a Technical Project Manager Intern, for a internship of 6 month from September/October 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Investment
  • Under the guidance of the project managers, participate in carrying out the following tasks:
    • Carry out and have carried out the technical expertise of real estate investment files, highlighting in particular:
      • An architectural and functional analysis of the product;
      • Technical performance;
      • Environmental aspects;
      • Technical and financial risks;
      • Advise the investment teams on all technical aspects until the conclusion of the transactions.
• Development
  • Under the direction and assistance of project managers:
    • Design and management of development operations, from the assembly-design phase to the conclusion of contracts and project implementation;
    • Coordinate the promoters, the various stakeholders (project manager, project manager, pilots, control offices and SPS), as well as the companies, during the projects;
    • Manage the work operations in order to preserve the guarantees and interests of the buyer until the delivery of the asset and its perfect completion.
• Restructuring and renovation works
  • Under the direction and assistance of project managers:
    • Design, program, commission and control the work necessary for the restructuring and renovation of assets under management, their valuation, and their compliance.
    • Manage the work operations in order to preserve the guarantees and interests of the buyer until the delivery of the asset and its perfect completion.
• Advice for Asset Managers
  • Under the direction and assistance of project managers:
    • Assist asset managers in drawing up multi-year work plans, in developing restructuring and renovation work programs, in technical monitoring regarding assets, particularly in monitoring and carrying out regulatory diagnoses;
    • Assist Asset Managers in monitoring the work resulting from claims.
• Sustainable Development
  • Under the direction and assistance of project managers:
    • Lead the work to implement the objectives of the energy transition law on assets under management;
    • Assist the Head of Sustainable Development in his actions to improve environmental performance on heritage.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• As a BAC +5 student, you are preparing a university degree or engineering school, with a specialization in building/urban planning. Training as an architect is a plus.
• You demonstrate knowledge in the construction industry and the world of construction;
• You have a team spirit and synthesis;
• You are able to be proactive and master the concepts of project management;
• You have operational and organizational skills, as well as a good ability to work in a team.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
