Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, portfolio management, program management, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex portfolios and influence executive stakeholders in a large enterprise.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the technology portfolio roadmap, aligning investments with strategy.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and executive reporting.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate opportunities, manage trade-offs, and maximize investment value.
• Oversee portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and financial outcomes.
• Support business case development, funding decisions, and benefits realization tracking.
• Drive application modernization and long-term technology strategies across critical platforms.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, and operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
