Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a Portfolio CTO to guide technology strategy across a diversified portfolio of mid-market B2B SaaS companies. You will influence multiple organizations, acting as a trusted advisor to CTOs and engineering leaders, and shape cross-portfolio tech direction.

You will mentor executives, drive modern SaaS and cloud architecture adoption, and help prepare assets for exits while collaborating with a team of experts across Europe in a hybrid work model.
