Job summary

Bergerat Monnoyeur Romania recrute un technicien(ne) pièces de rechange pour participer au développement commercial par la vente et la distribution de pièces détachées. Vous assurerez le traitement des demandes clients, les devis, les commandes et les facturations, en garantissant le respect des procédures et des délais.

Vous assurerez le suivi des commandes, la gestion des stocks et le reporting des activités, tout en appliquant la réglementation et les règles internes.

Qualifications

• 2 années d'études supérieures dans un domaine technique ou une expérience équivalente est souhaitée.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais niveau B2.
• Connaissances générales en administration commerciale et utilisation d'outils et systèmes d'information.

Responsibilities

• Identifier les pièces détachées du constructeur à l'aide des outils métier et réaliser des devis selon les demandes des interlocuteurs (équipes commerciales, clients, etc.).
• Passer les commandes et suivre les approvisionnements des pièces détachées (délais, livraisons).
• Contrôler l'agenda provisoire des réceptions et retours des pièces et matériaux et signaler les incidents.
