• Strong academic record from Tier 1 schools.
• Excellent French and English written/spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technology M&A transactions from day one.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses.
• Help pitch for and win new mandates.
• Prepare company valuations using trading multiples, DCF and LBO.
• Build target and investor lists.
• Work in an international, open-minded environment contributing to client outcomes.
