GCI is seeking a Tech Lead/Software Engineer to drive design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale data processing solutions. You will lead technical teams, coordinate with customers, and guide cloud-native architecture decisions to meet mission requirements.

The role focuses on distributed systems, big data platforms, APIs, and SDLC governance, with emphasis on near-real-time data processing and security considerations. A TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Eight+ years of experience in software engineering, systems/enterprise architecture, or technical leadership.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale software solutions, cloud architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical teams or serving in a leadership capacity.
