Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or related leadership roles.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale software solutions, cloud architectures, and distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-enabled architectures for enterprise systems and applications.
• Identify gaps, assess risks, and develop strategies to improve performance and maintainability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud services) and recommend adoption where it improves mission outcomes.
• Design and support AWS cloud-based solutions emphasizing scalability, security, resiliency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and partners to define technical direction and deliver enterprise solutions.
• Support roadmaps aligning technology investments with mission objectives and long-term goals.
• Understand client application landscapes and propose modernization and architectural improvements.
• Communicate plans and decisions clearly with stakeholders; prepare technical briefings and updates.
• Maintain documentation within customer repositories and ensure project objectives meet requirements.
