Qualifications

• Experience across all phases of the O&M software lifecycle, issue tracking, testing, and performance testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Cognos and IBM SPSS Statistics; converting SPSS syntax into Cognos reports.
• Experience using Oracle SQL and TM1.
• Experience utilizing Update Sets for lifecycle management and promotion of features and bug fixes.
• Experience using ServicePortal for UI development.
• Ability to meet accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG).
• Experience with HR datasets and data flow dynamics.
• Experience with Unit Testing, System/Integration Testing, and UAT concepts.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools for security-focused design.
• Experience with .NET MVC web app design and development.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails web app design and development.
• Experience with Linux/Windows Cloud Server management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure scripting and enterprise tools.
• Experience with ICD-503 accreditation process.
• Certification: ServiceNow.
