Jobtailor is seeking a technical lead to own the architecture for two institutional websites and ~30 business applications. You will drive sound decisions, ensure security and RGAA 4.1, GDPR, and eco-design compliance, and lead a major CMS upgrade with impact assessment and cutover planning.

You will develop Java/JCR back-end modules, strengthen Solr 9 pipelines, mentor two developers, and boost automated tests while refining the CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins and SonarQube.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Java development with proven leadership experience.
• Expertise in enterprise Java CMS platforms and JCR model.
• Experience migrating major CMS upgrades with production impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture decisions, security, and RGAA/GDPR compliance.
• Oversee major version upgrade of Java CMS and plan cutover.
• Mentor two developers through code reviews and onboarding guides.
• Improve CI/CD and automated testing with Jenkins and SonarQube.
