Accor Tech & Digital leads the group’s AI transformation in hospitality. Reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will bridge business sponsors with AI/Data Engineering teams to build impactful AI products that improve customer experiences and hotel operations.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, driving adoption, ROI, and value while managing budgets and external partners. A strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a tech/data field or related business school.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Consulting or AI delivery, with at least one AI/Data product shipped.
• Hospitality/travel/retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business sponsors to define AI use cases and KPIs.
• Own product vision, backlog and roadmap; prioritise features by value and feasibility.
• Lead an internal/external squad of Data Scientists, AI/GenAI Engineers & ML Ops.
• Drive adoption, measure ROI and business impact; report to sponsors.
• Manage external vendors and budgets; ensure GDPR and Responsible AI by design.
