CEVA SANTE ANIMALE seeks a Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering team and advance our Data Platform and Data & AI transformation. You will drive pipelines, data modelling, and data processing while upholding engineering standards and delivery timelines.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Data Engineering and a strong background in Snowflake, CI/CD, and agile leadership. Fluent English is expected; you will collaborate with Data, BI, AI and IT teams in a global context.

Qualifications

Higher education in Computer Science, Data, or related field.
8+ years in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Architecture.
First experience managing a Data team.
Experience bringing a modern Data Platform into production.

Responsabilités

Vision & Strategy: contribute to Data Platform and Data & AI transformation.
Design & Delivery: ensure pipelines and datasets delivery with quality and timelines; manage team capacity.
Governance, Quality & Compliance: enforce CI/CD, security, code quality and testing.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: optimize processes and costs; implement best practices.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership: align with Data Platform Architect; collaborate with Data, BI, AI and IT teams.
Management: lead and develop a team of Data Engineers; promote agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
