GONG is seeking a Team Manager to lead and grow our international network of team riders and ambassadors. You’ll be the go-to contact for athletes, coordinating with Communication, Product, R&D, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to keep operations smooth.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding riders, managing contracts and travel, coordinating shoots and brand events, and feeding product feedback to the teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in athlete management or sports marketing.
• Strong project management, coordination and organisational skills.
• Comfort handling budgets, contracts and logistics.
• Excellent communication, with real ease working across teams.
• A good grasp of social media, content creation and athlete personal branding.
• A genuine pull toward board sports (wing, kite, surf, foil).
• Fluent English; French and other languages are bonus.
• Availability for regular international travel.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard and support team riders through every stage at GONG
• Manage contracts, budgets, travel, competitions and gear allocation
• Coordinate rider involvement in shoots, product launches and brand events
• Collect and structure product feedback for Product and R&D teams
• Build and run the GONG Ambassadors program globally
• Track rider performance and grow both their visibility and the brand's
• Work cross-functionally to keep projects and operations running smoothly
