Ubisoft Bordeaux is seeking an experienced team lead to guide a group of back-end and front-end engineers working on Ubisoft Connect across Bordeaux and collaborating with teams in Europe and Canada.

You will transform input requirements into actionable plans, promote software engineering best practices, and support your team’s professional growth while delivering new features and maintaining existing functionality.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in software engineering or engineering management.
• Proven track record of delivered products or features.
• Strong knowledge in Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with back-end engineering and cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Drive projects by transforming input requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, and other profiles.
• Promote software engineering practices: code reviews, automated tests, continuous deployment.
• Contribute to design and implementation of Ubisoft Connect components.
• Support team members' professional growth.
