Ubisoft Bordeaux is seeking an experienced software team lead to guide back-end and front-end engineers working on Ubisoft Connect. You will transform requirements into actionable plans, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver new features and maintain existing functionality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering or engineering management, strong knowledge of Go, C++, or TypeScript, and hands-on experience with cloud

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Proven record of delivered products or features.
• Strong technical skills in Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience with back-end engineering and cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Drive the projects your team is involved in by transforming input requirements into an actionable plan.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA.
• Foster software engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Ubisoft Connect.
