Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is seeking a final-year intern for the Corporate and Transactional Tax team. You will contribute to corporate, international, and transactional tax matters, including due diligence, tax structuring, and advisory notes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French required for client work and drafting
• Strong command of tax law and tax advisory concepts in corporate/ transactional contexts
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and presentation skills in French and English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to corporate, international, and transactional tax workstreams.
• Prepare rigorous analyses and client-ready deliverables for M&A and Private Equity projects.
• Assist with tax due diligence, SPAs, and financing structures from a tax perspective.
• Draft tax memoranda and advisory notes for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across A&M’s Tax & Law practice.
