Responsibilities

• Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments.
• Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects.
• Support on M&A research tasks including intelligence on forthcoming deals and targeting private equity.
