YO AI Labs is seeking a Tamil bilingual expert to evaluate Tamil audio content, assess nativeness and linguistic quality, and provide structured feedback in English for AI training purposes. No prior AI experience is required; strong Tamil proficiency and English communication are essential.

Successful candidates will follow established guidelines, work remotely, and collaborate with project coordinators to ensure timely completion of audio review tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Tamil (spoken and written).
• English proficiency at B2+ level for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain observations clearly and apply guidelines consistently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Listen to Tamil audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve Tamil-language models.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
