YO AI Labs seeks Tamil bilingual experts to support an AI training project focused on Tamil language understanding and generation. In this remote contractor role, you will evaluate Tamil audio content for nativeness and overall quality and provide feedback based on established guidelines.

Strong Tamil proficiency and English communication are required, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to document evaluations clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Tamil.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify linguistic differences.
• Able to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.

Responsabilités

• Listen to Tamil audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve Tamil-language models.
• Complete assigned audio reviews accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
