Quantis, a sustainability consultancy, seeks an intern to support Talent Operations, workforce planning and performance processes in our Paris office on a hybrid schedule.
You will work with the French Operations and Talent teams, gaining exposure to data, stakeholder management and cross-functional HR projects while building organizational and analytical skills.

During this internship,you’llgain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination.You’llwork closely withtheFrenchOperations and Talent teamsand develop strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Support the annual performance review process by:
Coordinating key milestones and communications.
Following up with employees and managers to ensuretimelycompletion of performance reviews and feedback
Preparing promotion templates and performance scorecards.
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide support on ad hoc HR tasks as needed.
Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns.
Maintain workload planning and staffing data.
Ensure staffing requests align with project pricing.
Perform data quality checks across operational tools (Napta, NetSuite).
Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards.
Monitor project data accuracy and timesheet completion.
Prepare weekly operational meetings (French office coordination meeting) and help coordinatemonthlyinternal events (Junior’s consultant gatherings, ProjectManagersgatherings,LineManagers forum,etc.)
Assistin organizing and coordinating Career Development Committees.
Document processes andidentifyopportunities to improve the way we work.

You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and curious about AI-powered tools.

Minimumrequirements:You must be enrolled in a university, business or engineering school and hold a valid “convention de stage”.Priority will be given to students seeking an “end of studies internship / stage de find’études”.
