GIVENCHY is seeking a Talent Development Director to shape and execute the House's people strategy across France and international subsidiaries. You will own talent acquisition, employer branding, EVP, career development, learning, succession planning and employee engagement under a transformational agenda.

You will report to the HRD and partner with leaders and regions to attract, grow, and retain talent, while guiding teams through change in a luxury-fashion context.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent development, with expertise in career management, succession planning, talent review and learning strategy.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially for key and strategic roles.
• Strong track record designing and implementing employer branding and EVP initiatives.
• Experience in an international environment, able to operate across France and subsidiaries.
• Project management capabilities to structure, prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent acquisition for key positions with proactive sourcing and high-quality pipelines.
• Define and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and transformation agenda.
• Shape employer branding strategy and revamp LinkedIn presence and EVP.
• Design and drive career development processes, succession planning and internal mobility.
• Define learning strategy and deploy development programmes, monitor budget and outcomes.
• Foster employee engagement and manage internal culture initiatives.
