Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer in Paris to partner with sales on delivering multi-technology, multi-phase deployments for top enterprise accounts. The role focuses on project management, technical leadership, and delivering professional services aligned with client requirements.

You will collaborate with sales to ensure successful outcomes and drive renewals and upsell opportunities. Ideal candidates will coordinate complex engagements, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in pre-sales or professional services is a plus.
• Familiarity with security technologies is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cover top enterprise accounts across districts, especially multi-phase deployments.
• Lead all aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with project management.
• Protect ongoing Advanced Services and renewal revenue.
• Enable Professional Services growth through delivery excellence and upsell opportunities.
• Support large, multi-year deployments ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Reduce delays impacting AS and PS revenue recognition.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers and partners with sales.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account records in Salesforce.
