Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across on-premises, cloud, and network domains. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance meetings, and oversee RUN operations, with a focus on compliance and security.

The role requires 3+ years managing IT projects, a master’s degree, fluent English, and strong ITIL knowledge. Travel to client sites within the country is expected.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent university qualification)
Fluent English for international projects
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with architects
Good understanding of ITIL processes: change, incident, problem, continuity
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for governance meetings

Responsabilités

Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including deployment, migration, upgrades, security hardening, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate technical and security teams across infrastructure, network, security, cloud, vendors, and offshore teams
Develop and monitor project schedules, dependencies, risks, and decision points
Organize and facilitate project governance meetings, including kick-off, scoping, technical workshops, and steering committees
Oversee production releases and transition to operations (RUN), including run readiness, documentation, handover, and CMDB updates
Contribute to the definition and monitoring of cybersecurity roadmaps, controls, metrics, and action plans
Lead network projects, including segmentation, securing interconnections, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi modernization, and SD-WAN/SASE integration
Manage day-to-day RUN operations: incidents, problems, changes
Monitor service quality and SLAs
Communicate with business and IT leadership
Lead cloud migration, disaster recovery/DRP, IAM, EDR, SOC, compliance, network modernization, and technical upgrade projects
Lead architecture committees and GO/NO-GO decisions
Provide Service Delivery Management for network, infrastructure, or cybersecurity service centers

Requirements

Proven experience managing IT projects in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking, with at least 3 years of experience
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multidisciplinary teams and service providers
Master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent university qualification)
Fluent English (international projects)
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with architects
Good understanding of ITIL processes, including change, incident, problem, and continuity management
Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, diplomacy, the ability to explain technical topics in simple terms, and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
Strong communication skills and natural leadership for facilitating governance meetings
Willingness to travel to client sites within the country
A project management certification would be an advantage (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile methodologies such as Scrum, etc.)
