Job summary

Natixis invites a Bac+4/5 student to join the Corporate Loan Syndicate in Paris for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. The role supports primary syndications, prepares materials, and maintains market data within the ASF Chain collaboration between Global Markets and Investment Banking.

Your duties include drafting syndication documents, coordinating with Origination and Sales, and contributing to a dynamic debt market environment while developing strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 student in Finance, Economics, or similar field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Loan Syndicate team with pitchbooks and client materials.
• Maintain and update market databases and price tracking.
• Draft syndication documents and support coordination between Origination and Sales.
• Support administrative tasks and reporting within the syndication process.
