Job summary

SCOR is seeking a motivated Sustainable Finance Intern to join the Sustainable Investment team. You will support research on sustainability topics, collect data, and help define ESG indicators for the investment portfolio.

The internship will expose you to carbon, biodiversity studies and climate risk assessment, in collaboration with finance and sustainability professionals. You will work in an English-speaking environment with some exposure to Excel, VBA, Python, and SQL tools, and a strong

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of market finance and environmental and social issues.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and ideally Python and SQL.
• English language ability to work in an English-speaking environment; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse sustainability data to develop extra-financial indicators for the SCOR investment portfolio.
• Study external methodologies on ESG indicators to apply to the SCOR investment portfolio.
• Monitor activity regarding sustainable finance topics, including carbon, biodiversity footprints, and climate-related risks.
