Job summary

ARCHIMED in Lyon seeks a Senior Sustainability & Impact Director to lead portfolio engagement on sustainability and impact across funds. You will shape and monitor S&I roadmaps, liaise with deal teams, and guide interns where needed.

You will drive data-driven reporting, oversee annual S&I disclosures, and ensure compliance with SFDR, SASB, CSRD, and related frameworks. Strong leadership and communication with international executives are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience building and executing sustainability strategies, preferably in private equity.
• Proven hands-on leadership, initiative, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of S&I frameworks and disclosures (SFDR, SASB, CSRD, EDCI, PMDR, UN SDGs).
• Experience in impact measurement methodologies and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio engagement on Sustainability and Impact, tracking progress with dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive select value creation projects and mentor S&I interns where needed.
• Develop actionable S&I roadmaps for portfolio companies with milestones.
• Bridge deal teams and external providers during due diligence to ensure alignment with S&I strategy.
• Establish an S&I center of excellence and oversee regular investor disclosures.
