ARCHIMED, a leading healthcare-focused investment firm with offices worldwide, is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Sustainability & Impact (S&I) Team in Lyon, France. You will support the development of S&I strategy, assist with investor questionnaires, monitor regulatory updates, and help translate data into actionable insights for portfolio companies and funds.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Finance, Business / Economics or related field with top academic records.
• Knowledge of SFDR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, TNFD, SDGs and related frameworks.
• Understanding of impact metrics and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills for data interpretation and storytelling.
• Curiosity about business operations and investment processes.
• Excellent organization and communication to manage multiple topics.

Responsabilités

• Support the creation and optimization of ARCHIMED's S&I strategy and tools.
• Assist Investment Committee with S&I analysis pre-investment alignment.
• Coordinate responses to investor questionnaires and maintain logs.
• Monitor regulatory updates across ARCHIMED locations and sectors.
• Develop concrete, actionable S&I roadmaps for portfolio companies.
• Support management of portfolio companies' S&I progression with guidance.
• Establish a centre of excellence for S&I across Funds and portfolios.
• Develop ARCHIMED statements and minimum standards on healthcare topics.
