Job summary

ARCHIMED is seeking an S&I Operating Partner to drive S&I progress across its portfolio of 10 to 20 companies. You will work hands-on with management, the Director of S&I, and the investment teams to onboard leadership, define ESG objectives, and create multi-year roadmaps.

You will monitor progress, align with SFDR and LP commitments, and report to investors while collaborating with ARCHIMED's S&I and investment teams internationally.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in S&I, ideally in both consulting and corporate roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing S&I programs in SMEs or mid-market companies.
• Strong knowledge of S&I frameworks and disclosures (SFDR, KPIs, roadmaps).
• Experience working with C-suite executives internationally.

Responsibilities

• Onboard company leadership on ARCHIMED’s S&I framework and set objectives.
• Define ESG and impact objectives with management and build a 3–5 year roadmap with each portfolio company.
• Review yearly progress, monitor performance per SFDR and LP commitments, and report to investors.
• Align with the Director of S&I, supervise S&I team members on monitoring work, and collaborate with investment teams.

As part of its development, ARCHIMED is looking for an S&I Operating Partner to drive S&I progress in its portfolio. The Operating Partner supports 10 to 20 of its c. 40 portfolio companies, working hands-on with management, the Director of S&I and the investment teams.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio company support

• Onboard company leadership on ARCHIMED’s S&I framework
• Define ESG and impact objectives with management
• Build a 3 to 5 year roadmap and annual targets with each company

S&I monitoring (funds and ARCHIMED)

• Review yearly progress and set objectives for the next year
• Monitor performance in line with SFDR and LP commitments
• Report to investors and identify portfolio-wide themes

Engagement with the ARCHIMED S&I team

• Align regularly with the Director of S&I and contribute to the S&I strategy
• Supervise S&I team members on part of the monitoring work
• Build strong relationships with the investment teams

Key requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in S&I, ideally in both consulting and corporate roles
• Hands‑on experience implementing S&I programs in SMEs or mid‑market companies
• Strong knowledge of S&I frameworks and disclosures (SFDR, KPIs, roadmaps)
