Magna International in France seeks a logistics/procurement planner to manage material supply plans and ensure on-time deliveries. You will input material availability in SAP, work with receiving and purchasing teams, and monitor supplier performance to keep stock levels optimized.

The role requires SAP and Excel skills, logistics experience, and strong organizational rigor to prevent deviations and maintain production continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and procurement planning.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel systems for planning and tracking.
• Strong organization, accuracy and time management.
• Bac+2 level of education in logistics or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the drafting, monitoring and adherence to raw materials and component supply plans.
• Set delivery timelines for materials and organize on-time reception.
• Enter material availability into system planning (SAP).
• Collaborate with receiving teams to ensure schedules are met and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with purchasing on new contracts or deviations and with quality for CDC issues.
• Manage material flows and project start/ end life cycles.
• Optimize stock levels of raw materials and components and update obsolescence files.
• Monitor supplier performance with daily/ monthly/ annual reporting, and alert on variances.
• Maintain internal and external safety stocks and exception reports.
