Job summary

Socomec Sas's Energy Storage Solutions unit seeks a logistics and order control specialist to manage orders, monitor ERP data, and ensure on-time delivery with high customer satisfaction.

You will act as the interface between the ESS unit and other departments, coordinating with transport partners and handling import/export flows in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in Supply Chain Management.
• At least two years of experience, including work-study experience, in downstream logistics.
• Good knowledge of flow management and a broad understanding of industrial operations.
• Fluency in French and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter project orders into the ERP system and keep the data required for their processing up to date.
• Provide pre-sales support on transport and customs formalities.
• Ensure product availability by optimizing planning, using a just-in-time approach while meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and manage import and export flows.
• Monitor activity performance indicators and contribute to optimizing existing flows.
• Contribute to strategic projects within the Group and the Business Unit, including new product launches and the implementation of tools or processes.
