Zusammenfassung

Socomec Energy Storage Solutions is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Huttenheim team in France. You will manage project orders, ensure materials availability, and collaborate with logistics partners to optimize import/export flows, while maintaining accurate ERP data and timely deliveries.

You will act as a bridge between ESS and other departments, using just-in-time principles to meet deadlines and customer expectations in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education qualification in Supply Chain Management.
• At least two years of experience, including work-study experience, in downstream logistics.
• Good knowledge of flow management and a broad understanding of industrial operations.
• Fluency in French and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.

• Enter project orders into the ERP system and keep data up to date.
• Provide pre-sales support on transport and customs formalities.
• Ensure product availability by optimizing planning and just-in-time delivery.

• Contribute to strategic projects within the Group and BU, including new product launches and tool/process implementation.

Acting as the interface between the ESS Business Unit and the company’s other departments, you will ensure that orders are executed effectively, using a just-in-time approach while meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
