The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in Loir‑et‑Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands include Head & Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated, equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology. As a Supply Chain Process Engineer Intern, you will work in the logistics department and play a key role in the continuous improvement and optimisation of our equipment, ensuring production continuity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the deployment of a badge‑based access management system for forklifts to ensure better traceability of fleet usage, enhance operator safety (HSE compliance) and optimise equipment allocation.
- Implement a PDCA cycle to analyse, monitor and strategically reduce inventory levels in our three warehouses, simplifying stock data visualisation, identifying improvement areas and implementing concrete actions to optimise costs and supply‑chain efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate 5S and housekeeping projects in different operational areas, improving safety conditions, process quality and overall efficiency, including managing the associated budget and monitoring the implementation of actions.

Job Qualifications
- Engineering degree or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production or Continuous Improvement.
- Good knowledge of French and English.
- Team spirit and a desire to collaborate.
- Adaptability to new technologies.
- Interest in project management.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions with a view to continuous improvement.
- Available for 4 to 6 months.
