Procter & Gamble is looking for a Packaging Process Engineer Apprentice to join our Blois plant, one of the largest shampoo production sites. You will actively contribute to optimizing packaging processes while collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • You have an engineering degree or university master’s degree with a specialization in Materials, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.

  • Conduct investigations to resolve quality issues with materials.

Job Description

The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands: Head & Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

Your Contribution to P&G’s Success

As a Packaging Process Engineer Apprentice, you will play a key role within the MPD (Material Process Development - Packaging) department. This department is dedicated to optimizing and innovating our formulas, packaging, materials, and processes. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the implementation of new materials and formulas within the plant, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our production line efficiency.

Missions and Projects
  • Proactive management of supplier complaints: Collaborate with our partners to quickly resolve issues related to materials.
  • In-depth investigation of targeted issues: Work closely with operational teams and suppliers to identify and solve problems related to materials, ensuring the quality and performance of our products.
  • Management of chronic loss: Develop innovative strategies to identify and address losses related to packaging within the factory.

Job Qualifications
