Job Description

The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands: Head & Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

Your Contribution to P&G’s Success

As a Supply Chain Process Engineer Intern, you will work in the logistics department. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement and optimization of our equipment, thereby ensuring production continuity and operational excellence.

Several missions await you:
  • Implementation of the ‘One Key Forklift Badges’ project: Actively participate in the deployment of a badge-based access management system for forklifts. The objective is to ensure better traceability of fleet usage, enhance operator safety (HSE compliance) and optimize equipment allocation.
  • Optimizing stock management and reducing inventories: Implementation of a PDCA to analyze, monitor and strategically reduce inventory levels in our three warehouses. This mission aims to simplify the visualization of stock data, identify areas for improvement and implement concrete actions to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
  • Management of continuous improvement projects (5S & Housekeeping): Manage and coordinate 5S and housekeeping projects in different operational areas. The objective is to improve safety conditions, process quality and overall efficiency, including managing the associated budget and monitoring the implementation of actions.

Job Qualifications
  • You have an engineering degree or a university master’s degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or Continuous Improvement.
  • You have a good knowledge of French and English.
  • Team spirit and a desire to collaborate.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Interest in project management.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions with a view to continuous improvement.
  • Available for 4 to 6 months.
