Air Liquide is seeking a Superviseur construction H/F to lead on-site commissioning activities in Charenton-le-Pont, coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning for on-site plants. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and deliver hand-over to the customer with comprehensive test reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, familiar with piping design and process control, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in construction/commissioning.
• Familiar with piping design and chemical processes knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of chemical processes, distillation, process control, and automation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and execute the commissioning plan for assigned areas.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on-site.
• Lead on-site technicians and subcontractors during commissioning.
• Document tests and ensure adherence to quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Support site audits and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure QHSE rules are followed during execution.
• Coordinate with customer site hand-over and test reports.
• Manage interfaces with subcontractors and vendors for commissioning tasks.
