Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions recherche un Superviseur construction H/F pour piloter les phases de pré-commissioning et commissioning sur des installations industrielles. Vous coordonnerez les tests et la remise client, tout en garantissant les exigences QHSE et le respect des coûts et délais.

Le poste requiert un diplôme d'ingénieur mécanique et au moins 3 ans d'expérience, avec une connaissance du piping design et des procédés chimiques.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur mécanique requis.
• Expérience minimale de 3 ans exigée.
• Connaissance du piping design souhaitée.
• Connaissance de bases des procédés chimiques, distillation, contrôle de procédés et automatisation.

Responsabilités

• Coordonner les phases de pré-commissioning et de commissioning sur site pour les installations.
• Réaliser les essais et rapports de performance statiques et dynamiques.
• Coordonner les travaux de pré-commissioning et de commissioning sur site chez le client jusqu'à la remise.
• Documenter les travaux de pré-commissioning et de commissioning.
• Participer aux audits qualités plus chantier et appliquer les actions correctives et préventives.
• Gérer l'équipe de pré-commissioning et de commissioning confiée au titulaire du poste.
• Conduire des opérateurs et sous-traitants durant les travaux de commissioning.
• Appliquer les règles et procédures QHSE du projet.

Coordinate the pre-commissioning job of on-site plants and large standard plants. 2. Carry out Static and Dynamic Performance Tests & Reports of on-site plants and / or in the workshop 3. Coordinate the pre-commissioning and the commissioning job of on-site plants on Customer site (when requested) until the signature of the Performance Tests & Reports and the plant hand-over to the Customer; 4. Document the pre-com & commissioning work. 5. Participate in site internal audits and supervise the implementation of the corrective and prevention actions. 6. Control the construction subcontractor’s Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her. 7. Lead the work of some pre-commissioning and commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task. 8. Applies project QHSE rules and procedures during the execution of his/her tasks.**Are you a MATCH?**1. Mechanical Engineering Degree (Bachelor's) 2. 3+ years of experience 3. Familiar with piping design and manufacture knowledge; 4.
