Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions in Île-de-France seeks a commissioning engineer to supervise and execute the commissioning plan for our processing facilities. You will coordinate pre-commissioning activities, perform tests and reports, and support handover to customers on-site.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 3+ years of experience, and understanding of piping design, process control, and automation.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor's).
• 3+ years of experience in commissioning or related field.
• Familiar with piping design and manufacture knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of chemical processes, distillation, process control, automation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise & execute the Commissioning Plan for the area, within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost.
• Coordinate the pre-commissioning job of on-site plants and large standard plants.
• Carry out Static and Dynamic Performance Tests & Reports of on-site plants and/or in the workshop.
• Coordinate the pre-commissioning and commissioning job of on-site plants on Customer site until signature of the Performance Tests & Reports and hand-over to the Customer.
• Document the pre-commissioning and commissioning work.
• Participate in site internal audits and supervise corrective and prevention actions.
• Control the construction subcontractor’s Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
• Lead the work of some pre-commissioning and commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
• Apply project QHSE rules and procedures during execution.
