Hello Tomorrow is seeking a hands-on intern to support ticketing, app content uploads, and logistics for the Summit and Deep Tech Days in Paris. You will prepare content for the mobile app, create speaker profiles, and assist with attendee mapping and post-summit data extraction.

The role offers a French internship convention, January to June 2027, with a monthly salary ranging from €1,100 to €1,400. Hybrid work in Paris, transport reimbursement, and lunch vouchers are included.

Qualifications

• Mastering the back office of apps is desirable.
• Background in deep tech and startup ecosystem helps.
• MSc in Business or Event Management or related field is helpful.
• Proven track record in event logistics and data analysis.
• Experience in mobile app management and customer support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer attendee emails.
• Generate promo codes and follow up on partner tickets.
• Manage attendee lists for side events.
• Prepare weekly data analyses of tickets and attendees.
• Create Tickets for Volunteers and Speakers with the events assistant.
• Ensure speakers are registered on the app.
