ChangeNOW is seeking a proactive Communications & Marketing professional in Paris with a Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience. You will help craft the 2027 Summit communications, support video content, and coordinate cross-team plans. You will manage WordPress content, SEO, and email campaigns, using tools like Brevo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

You will work with a fast-paced team in a sustainability-focused environment, fluently using English and French to engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Master’s level (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of work experience in communications/marketing.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Proficient with Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Data Studio) and basic SEO understanding.
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email/CRM tools (Brevo).
Strong teamwork, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

Contribute to 2027 Summit communication kits and visual identity with the graphic designer.
Support production of video content and success-story materials.
Coordinate cross-team communication plans for different audiences.
Track the communication plan and assist Social Media Manager and Newsletter Manager.
Deliver communication assets to media partners.
Update Summit website with engaging content across key pages.
Deploy paid digital campaigns and manage email marketing.
Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns; run A/B tests.
